Ignite Talks Event Partnership Options

Ignite Talks offers multiple partnership tiers for companies who wish to work with us to throw an Ignite Talks event at their conference or corporate event. We can provide a wide array of services to ensure a smooth and engaging event.

 Pre-Event

  • Event Planning
    A/V and technical strategy, determining speaker order and flow, organizing slides and decks, training your team on event best practices

  • Speaker Support

    • Speaker Selection
      Managing applications, interviews/auditions

    • Speaker Management and Communications
      Ensuring speakers are on-schedule and that they deliver their content on-time, ongoing email communications

    • Speaker Training
      Providing written content & delivery guidance, live online group workshops, 1-on-1 speaker coaching, reviewing practice talks and providing feedback

During Event

  • On-Site Speaker Management
    Ensuring speakers arrive on-time and know where they are supposed to be, backstage microphone and stage prep, managing speaker flow

  • On-Site Technical Management
    Working with technical teams to manage the A/V and other technical aspects of the speaker event

  • Hosting
    On-stage performance by Brady Forrest or Firen Forrest—Introducing speakers and emceeing the speaker event

 

Partnership Tiers

Platinum Tier: Full Partnership—Please enquire for pricing                                                

The Platinum Tier is a full partnership that ensures the highest quality, most exciting speaker conference possible! It includes Ignite Talks licensing, 30 hours of pre-event support (additional hours charged an extra fee), on-site event management, and on-stage emceeing of the speaker event by Firen and/or Brady Forrest.

Gold Tier: License + Pre-Event Speaker Support—Please enquire for pricing  

The Gold Tier is highly customizable and includes 30 hours of pre-event planning and speaker support (additional hours charged an extra fee). We would begin with a discovery call to determine your specific requirements and create a project plan. Any of the pre-event services can be included in this tier. Online support only.

Silver Tier: License + Pre-Event Planning—Please enquire for pricing  

The Silver Tier is perfect if you want to throw an Ignite Talks event and need minimal guidance from us. This level includes 10 hours of pre-event planning to train and support your event team (additional hours charged an extra fee). It does not include any speaker support services. Online support only.

License Only—$1500 USD

Ignite Talks will provide the right to a one-time use of the Ignite Talks branding, including use of our logo and the ability to call the event an official Ignite Talks event. This level does not include any services. Please note, this license is specifically for corporate events and conferences. Payment

We request a 50% deposit before work begins. We will then send an invoice for the remainder of the payment after services have been completed. We provide a detailed report for all hourly work.
