Chapter Leader: Quendeline L. Jacobs

Quendeline L. Jacobs is a retired teacher, a 2022 Mandela Washington Alumna, who has over 14 years of experience in the fields education, community development and creative strategy. She is the founder of HERS, a social enterprise supporting career growth through community-based education and programming focused on young women and girls. Quendeline is currently employed as a Sales and Marketing Manager and studying for a Bachelor of Communications at Namibia University of Science and Technology.
